Read Through Robert Kiyosaki's books, it's inspired me in many aspect of my life.
Which quadrant you belongs to?
You may belong to any of the above quadrant. You can still make savings for your retirement in any quadrant.
I used to be in E and S quadrant.
I use to work in a Sales line for about 12 years, been jumping from one company to another just to generate a little increment from my income as an employee. I been through many obstacles in life that requires me to make changes on my income every year as many of us aware that expenses may increase time to time, it'll never drop!
sigh..
Inflation affect me a lot where to be truth, I've seen the economy trend, experiences it and feel it.. previously when I was 8 years old, my father who work for a well-known company involve in property been affected. His paycheck a month is only less than RM300 at that time during the economy crisis.. Obviously, he doesn't have an options but to stay. The owner of the company owed more than millions to the bank and went bankrupt. But he is lucky, he secured his job and he worked for Dato Y till the day he died. He suffered a lot and as an eldest daughter of the family, I aware of the situation. We still had rice but seldom eat protein for about a year.
In 1997-1998, the crisis started again. I didn't feel it much as I used to be the one who are important to the company. Able to secure my dream job, at that time, we work 7am - 7pm. Why we start early? It because of the reward provided by the company.. who ever login and logout, will get Daily Meal Allowances. Every morning we had a short sharing about the products we carried or perhaps any new technology related to IT. We didnt feel the hit because we are so energetic, passion to what we are doing.
It last till after I jumped from company A to I then to many other companies which related to my experiences. I used to be a HOT cake on the street.. Many wants to employ me even I never ask for a job interview.
Money is always an issue. I did Part-Time teaching in local colleges, Freelances, selling books, perfumes and many more.
This year, the crisis came again.. It happen exactly after 10 years!
I've been thinking about changing a job, finding a way to loosen my responsibility as a sales to jump into solution sales. I feel guilty sometimes when I easily lose a deal to my competitor. Solution Sales? It's almost the same but slightly different. I dont have to look for sales, but I am providing the solution to the salesperson in the company. It's a famous company, almost all of us knew it. I always believe that I can secure the job as the MD has given a green light!
I am adult, a mommy and of course i hesitate to throw myself again into these industry. I always want to get involve in FMCG industry but they always look for people with experiences.
One fine day, I went to company A to check out the Franchise opportunity. sigh.. I can't afford!! The beauty of Franchising is you just need to find a good location to start your business. I dont have to worry about Marketing, Brands etc. But I need to take care of the finance, staff and other few aspect that Traditional Business does.
Sole Proprietory? Or Not me! I dont have such a huge capital. I dont believe that all the business really need a loan from a bank to start up as we will never know when it'll breakeven..
Network.. I hates MLM!!!
Nobody succeed in MLM! everyone on stage are fake!
BUT...
Today,
I am Network Marketers. Why I jump into this?
Its all because of an awareness of a book called Cashflow Quadrant? Not Really.. But it's part of it
It's because of the PRODUCT and the COMPANY!!!
Every Business needs a GOOD PRODUCT right?
Would you like it if the product can give you instant results?
Every Franchise needs a STABLE COMPANY right?
I evaluated everything, I am positive and believe that this company will be around for long!
